(1)The shell of the inflatable cabinet is welded into a completely air-tight structure, which excludes the influence of environmental factors. The insulating strength of SF6 gas is 2. times that of air, thus obtaining the advantage of saving space, reducing the building area, and achieving good economic benefits.
(2)Laser welding technology is adopted to prevent the escape of SF6 insulating gas and the intrusion of moisture. This laser welded gas-filled enclosure complies with IEC60698 and VDE0670 part 1000 requirements for airtight pressure systems.
(3)The gas tightness is routinely checked by means of leak detection devices integrated in each housing.
(4)The required operating work is transferred from the outside of the inflatable cabinet to the inside through bellows.
(5)Electrical components housed in the cabinet are connected outwards to cables or busbars through welded bushings.
(6)The display of the ready state of the inflatable cabinet is displayed to the outside through the magnetic coupling and contactless through the measuring box installed in the cabinet.
(7) In order to determine whether there is voltage, the capacitor chip is cast on the sleeve welded into the casing. A socket is installed on the panel of the cabinet, and a voltage measuring device can be used outside to check whether there is voltage.
(8)Generally, the same type of pressure relief device is welded into the shell.The above structural measures ensure that the inflatable cabinet is not affected by the external environment, maintenance-free and the maximum compactness of the structure. The inflatable cabinet can be used in places where the general air insulation cabinet cannot be used due to its structural advantages, such as temperature changes. Large and high-humidity environments (such as wet tropics), high temperature and low temperature areas (such as desert areas and North and South poles), the environment contains natural substances (such as coastal salt spray, industrial dust) or chemical corrosive substances (chemical plants, oil refining) Factory), as well as earthquake areas, occasions with vibration, high-altitude areas, and narrow places where installation is restricted.
In particular, it should be mentioned here that in 1998 the river flooded in the Czech Republic, and in 2002 the Elbe River in Germany flooded, partially flooding the inflatable cabinet, but the power supply was quickly restored. This proves the high availability of the inflatable cabinet.
